Products purchased on the Website can be delivered throughout Italy, including the islands. If Customers wish to have the products ordered delivered to a foreign country, they must place their order by email. As this shipment has a different cost from domestic shipments, it must be paid separately directly to Lovemilia’s bank account. The bank details will be communicated directly to the customer by email.

If the item is available in stock, the expected delivery date is determined by the following two factors:

1. The shipping time from the moment of payment (24 to 48 hours): verification of the reliability of the information provided at the time of payment (see § Important information) + preparation of the order + handling of the package(s) by the carrier
2. the delivery time of the package by the carrier (24 to 48 hours)

The date of dispatch of the order will be communicated to Customers by email. If delivery is delayed by more than 15 days after the expected date, Customers may cancel their order by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. Lovemilia will endeavour to refund Customers within 30 days for any costs incurred.

Lovemilia takes particular care to ensure that the delivery times guaranteed when the order is placed are respected. If the order is not received within the specified time, Lovemilia will open an investigation with the carrier, which may take several days (e.g. 15 days for SDA).

In any case, if delivery exceeds fifteen (15) days after the expected delivery date, and this is not due to force majeure, Customers may cancel the order by registered letter with return receipt and will be refunded within a maximum of thirty (30) days.

Upon receipt of the order, it is necessary to check that the products delivered comply with the order and, if they are damaged, to indicate any anomalies on the delivery form in the form of handwritten and countersigned reservations.

For orders not collected/delivered to the customer, the shipping costs for the outward and return journey, packaging and administrative costs at cost and any other expenses incurred, such as storage, redelivery, etc., will be charged. This condition also applies to orders that benefit from the shipping costs offered by Lovemilia.

Without prejudice to applicable legal guarantees, Lovemilia advises Customers to address their reservations as soon as possible:

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times by the courier are approximate (2 days) depending on the area. For remote locations, difficult to reach or due to circumstances beyond our control, delivery times may vary by a few days. Lovemilia cannot be held responsible for any delay in the processing of the order or delivery of the goods ordered.

ORDER TRACKING

Once you have received confirmation of shipment, you can track your parcel on the courier’s website.

COURIER REGULATIONS

The courier will deliver the goods to the door of the building at street level (house number) and is not authorised (or required) to deliver to the house or floor. If no advance notice is requested by telephone, the courier will deliver at a time that is convenient for their daily delivery route. Under no circumstances is the courier authorised to unpack or assemble the customer’s products.

AVAILABILITY OF THE RECIPIENT OF THE ORDERED GOODS

If the courier does not find anyone at home, is unable to contact the telephone numbers provided by the customer or if, following the delivery notice left by the courier, the customer does not respond, the goods will be stored in the courier’s warehouses. In this case, the customer will be charged an additional cost of €9.90 per day until the goods are returned to our warehouses. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The purchaser may, following a purchase, exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner and within the time limits provided for by law. The maximum extension of this right is set at 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
